Kids Activity- Making Clay Pots with Utah Museum of Fine Arts

December 2 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Pottery is one of the world’s oldest art forms and making it is one of the oldest jobs. Come try your hand at various pot-making techniques using air-dry clay. Park City Museum located at 528 Main Street will be hosting this free activity from the Utah Museum of Fine Arts.

The Park City Museum will be hosting the Way We Worked exhibition from November 11, 2017 through January 10, 2018. The Way We Worked has been made possible in Utah by Utah Humanities. The exhibition, created by the National Archives, is part of Museum on Main Street, and collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and State Humanities Councils nationwide. Support for Museum on Main Street has been provided by the United States Congress.
