Come learn about the Park City Athenaeum Club, Utah’s oldest women’s club founded in 1897 by miner’s wives. Lecture will be held at the Park City Museum Education & Collections Center located at 2079 Sidewinder Drive on Wednesday, June 26th from 5-6 p.m. Club Historian, Lynette McAferty, and past President, Marilyn Boschetto, will explore the history of the club and their many efforts to better the Park City community. Club highlights include the founding of the Park City Library and leading the effort to establish the Park City Museum. The presentation will also highlight several past prominent Park City residents who have made significant contributions to the Athenaeum Club and the Park City community. Questions?
