Simply check with your Human Resources department to see if your company matches charitable donations and request a Matching Gift form. Mail us the form P.O. Box 555, Park City, UT 84060 and we’ll take care of everything from there! This is an easy way to increase the impact of your contribution to the Museum at no additional cost to you!
