June 17 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Have you wondered about the history of Rossie Hill? Or how the houses got there? Join our Research Coordinator Dalton Gackle to explore Rossie Hill and Prospect Ave/St, and the architecture of approximately 30 homes along the way. The hike/walk will require climbing stairs, briefly going along a trail, and crossing Marsac Avenue twice. It is slightly more strenuous than past architecture tours. Expect the tour to take between 2 and 3 hours. Wear comfortable shoes for walking/hiking, bring water and/or snacks, and wear sunscreen. The tour will leave at 9:30 a.m. Meeting location and other details will be provided after signing up. (Closing date and time to sign-up Tuesday, June 11 at 5 p.m.)
