Summer Walking Tours
Explore the History of Park City's Main Street
Put on your walking shoes and explore Historic Main Street! Learn the architecture, people, and notable events of Park City’s unique history, from the mining boom town to world class ski destination.
Our Walking Tours run June through August, due to varying weather conditions throughout the rest of the year. Please see our Events Calendar for details.
Weather permitting, tours leave the Park City Museum at 2:00 p.m, Monday through Friday.
Cost is $10 per person for the walking tour or $20 for a walking tour and Museum admission combination ticket.
Please call 435-649-7457 ext. 136 to reserve a spot on your preferred tour, as space is limited.
The walking tour is one hour and fifteen minutes and is appropriate for ages 13 and up. Please arrive 10 minutes early, wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water, and wear sun protection.
Groups of more than nine people need to make reservations at least three weeks in advance for a private tour.
Private Main Street Tours
Special private tours may be arranged for groups of 10 or more people who wish to take a tour at a different date and time than the public tour. Please note that we are not able to do private walking tours from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Private tours cost $15 per person for the walking tour or $25 for a walking tour and Museum admission combination ticket.

Historic Park Avenue Walking Tour
Join Jan Jaworski for a tour of historic Park Avenue! Learn about the churches, homes, and architecture along one of Park City's oldest streets. Tour dates vary, so please see our Events Calendar for dates and times.
Please bring comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, and wear sunscreen. Tours are weather permitting and begin at the Park City Museum.
